Product Delivery Conditions
The products you have purchased and approved on our website are delivered to the cargo within 1-5 working days, and the products prepared for the person are delivered within 7 working days. Delivery is carried out by MNG/Yurtiçi/PTT Cargo. After your product is shipped, an SMS containing your shipping information is sent to your mobile phone that you have given during the order.
Note: In extraordinary situations (disaster, war, strike, etc.) and in cases caused by the buyer (not being at the address, etc.), the delivery time may vary.
Product Return and Exchange Conditions
If the product you purchased on our site is incomplete or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within this period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no refunds or exchanges for specially designed products, ear products (earrings, piercings, ear cuffs) and designer products in the silver category. Apart from these, you must notify us and ship the product or products you have purchased within 48 hours of receiving them, as they are received and together with the invoice. In the case of returning the products with no defect, the shipping charges are deducted from the return amount. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential. Exchange or returned product invoices must be sent in full and the product must be sent unpacked, otherwise no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Since the health and hygiene conditions are taken into account in the accessories, the products that exceed the specified period are not returned / exchanged. In order for the products to be returned and exchanged, they should not be unpacked, tried on and the packaging should not be damaged.
